Q. I have just signed up through CCBILL and can not log in?

We have never had an email about this but it has happened to me. If you sign up and can not then login wait 5 minuets presumably for the data to be written to the password file and try again.

Q. When I click on a members link to go to one of the bonus sites I get asked to enter a user name and password?

This is correct. To move between sites just use your user name and password that you have to my site.

Q. When I click on a Live Cams link I get an error message?

Turn off your firewall. This may sound drastic but its not. Simply turn off your firewall and click on the cams link. When the page loads turn your firewall back on straight away.

Q. I can not get your movies to play?

Download a copy of WinZip, its Free and install it. Next you will need to install a copy of Windows Media Player again which is FREE. Then simply right click on the movie you want and select "Save As" or "Save Target As". Follow the instructions and save the movie to your computer. To open the movie double click on it and then double click on the file when winzip opens.
